New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, on Thursday said that it has received multiple project management consultancy (PMC) contracts amounting to approximately Rs 65.73 crore from the states Governments of Karnataka and Odisha
The major component of the work includes a PMC assignment awarded by the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology for the construction and development of various buildings, including external development works, at the Energy Institute in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The value of this contract is estimated at Rs 43.90 crore (exclusive of GST).
In addition, NBCC has been entrusted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti with two projects in Odisha. The first involves the construction of a Regional Office Building at Bhubaneswar, valued at ₹6.42 crore. The second is the construction of central covered courtyards across various Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) in the state, worth approximately Rs 15.41 crore.
These domestic projects reinforce NBCC’s consistent role in executing Government infrastructure initiatives across educational and institutional sectors. The company has disclosed that all awarded contracts are in the ordinary course of business and do not involve any related party transactions.
