NBCC sells 446 flats in Noida worth Rs 1,467.93 crore through e-auction

New Delhi: Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Limited on Friday informed that it has sold 446 flats in Noida worth Rs 1,467.93 crore through e-auction. According to company's regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, NBCC has successfully concluded the e-auction of 446 residential units at Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV, located in Sector 76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The auction fetched a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,467.93 crore.

The company, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, will earn a marketing fee of 1 percent of the total sale value from the transaction.
