NBCC sold 560 residential units in Greater Noida worth over Rs 1,153 crore

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has announced the successful completion of an e-auction of residential units at Aspire Leisure Park, located in Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh. The sale has fetched a total value of approximately Rs 1,153.13 crore.

According to a regulatory filing made by the company on Friday, a total of 560 residential units were sold through the online auction process. As per the agreement terms, NBCC will earn a marketing fee equivalent to 1 percent of the total sale value.

The company noted that the transaction falls within the ordinary course of its business operations. The information has also been made publicly accessible on the company’s official website.

NBCC has been actively involved in redevelopment and construction projects across India, including marquee government initiatives, smart city developments, and real estate projects for public sector clients.
