The agreement was formalised on March 24 at NTPC Bhawan in New Delhi. The MoU was signed by Sarit Maheshwari, CEO of NGEL and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, and Ashish Arora, CEO of Nxtra Data Limited.

The partnership aims to identify and develop renewable energy projects to supply round-the-clock (RTC) green power to Nxtra’s data centres on a pan-India basis. The power generated under these projects will be utilised for captive consumption by Nxtra, supporting its growing energy needs.
