According to a regulatory filing to the stock exchnages on Friday, the final phase of the project — comprising 60 MW — was declared commercially operational with effect from April 16, 2025, based on certification issued by the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) on April 30, 2025.

The 150 MW project has been commissioned in three phases. The first 60 MW began commercial operations on July 29, 2024, followed by an additional 30 MW on December 11, 2024. With the commissioning of the final 60 MW, the entire project is now operational.

This milestone underscores NTPC Green Energy's continued commitment to expanding its renewable energy footprint and supporting India’s transition to clean energy. The commissioning of this solar capacity aligns with NTPC’s broader strategic objectives to augment non-fossil fuel generation and contribute to the national renewable energy targets.
