General/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 200 through online mode using net-banking, credit or debit card. SC/ST/PWD candidates don't have to pay any fee.

Educational qualifications

The candidates must have an Engineering diploma (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent qualification from the institution recognised by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTC&VT). The candidates who have completed their diploma in engineering from other than the list of Institutions approved by SCTE&VT, they must have to submit an equivalent pass certificate from SCTE&VT (Odisha). Candidates who have passed diploma in mechanical engineering or civil engineering through distance mode are not eligible for these jobs.
