New Delhi: The Brandon Hall Group announced the Winners of the 31st Annual HCM Excellence Awards® in an online broadcast held recently. The HCM Excellence Awards recognize top organizations that successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that achieved superior and measurable results in Human Capital Management.

NTPC was the proud winner of the GOLD Award in two distinct categories: "Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Program" in the Leadership Development Awards area, and for achieving the "Best Results of a Learning Program" in the Learning and Development Awards area. This dual triumph accentuates the exceptional nature of NTPC's accomplishments.

The Awards were bestowed upon NTPC based on a rigorous judging process wherein the Applications were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts and senior analysts and executive team of the Brandon Hall Group. The judging was based on the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
