The HCM Excellence Awards recognize top organizations that successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that achieved superior and measurable results in Human Capital Management.

NTPC was the proud winner of the GOLD Award in two distinct categories: "Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Program" in the Leadership Development Awards area, and for achieving the "Best Results of a Learning Program" in the Learning and Development Awards area. This dual triumph accentuates the exceptional nature of NTPC's accomplishments.
