Team WCL practiced Yoga on the International Yoga Day

New Delhi: Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) celebrated the International Yoga Day on June 21 by practicing Yoga and assimilating its benefits for a healthy and peaceful living. The International Yoga Day program was organised in Coal Club at the WCL headquarters. On the occasion, WCL CMD Manoj Kumar and Director Technical (Project and Planning) A K Singh, along with the members of Team WCL, practiced yoga.

Yoga guru Ashok Gandhi conducted the Yoga Session and provided detailed information about various asanas to the present. WCL Employees and their family members participated in the yoga practice in large numbers.

Likewise, the Jhankar Mahila Mandal at WCL headquarters also practiced yoga on the International Yoga Day. The Chairperson of the Mahila Mandal Anita Agarwal and the Vice Chairpersons Aabha Dwivedi, Indu Singh and Sonali Mhetre participated in the program. Gayatri Satavkar and Charanjeet Kaur conducted the yoga session, which was followed by the women present.

The Yoga Day program was also organised in all areas of WCL.
