New Delhi: RailTel, a premier telecom and ICT solutions provider PSU, has announced a strategic collaboration with Cylus, a leading cybersecurity firm specializing in the rail industry on Friday. This partnership aims to enhance the cybersecurity framework of Indian Railways' extensive infrastructure.
According to RailTel, it will integrate and deploy Cylus' proprietary cybersecurity solution, CylusOne™. The partnership will focus on fortifying the security of railway signalling systems, including trackside, onboard, and SCADA systems.
Key Collaboration Initiatives:
Market Expansion: The collaboration will introduce Cylus' advanced cyber defense technologies to the Indian market, aiming to improve cybersecurity in the railway and public transport sectors.
Professional Services Integration: Cylus will provide specialized services to facilitate the seamless integration of CylusOne™ into RailTel's systems, enhancing cybersecurity measures across railway signaling, telecom, and other ICT systems.
Competence Development: In partnership with RailTel's Digital Service Partner, Rail Edutech Pvt Ltd, Cylus will offer specialized cybersecurity training programs for railway and industry professionals, aimed at bolstering cybersecurity expertise within the Indian rail sector.
