The newly formed entity, incorporated on May 15, 2025, will focus on infrastructure and construction activities, marking RVNL's strategic expansion in the road development sector. The move is in line with RVNL’s diversification into multi-modal infrastructure projects beyond its traditional rail development portfolio.

The company has been incorporated with 100% ownership by RVNL and carries the CIN: U42101AP2025GOI119373.

This information has been shared by the Railway PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Friday.
