New Delhi: State-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) said in a regulatory filing on Thursday that it has "incorporated a subsidiary company named, Kinet Railway Solutions Limited."

"In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. It is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has incorporated a subsidiary company viz, Kinet Railway Solutions Limited," it noted.
