RVNL-Rachana Construction jointly receive LoA from National Highways Division

RVNL and Rachana Construction will work on a project jointly for upgradation to six lanes with paved shoulder of Sarkhej-Changodar Section of NH-8A

New Delhi: State-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) said in a regulatory filing on Thursday that “Rachana Construction-RVNL JV has received LOA for upgradation to six lanes with Paved Shoulder of Sarkhej-Changodar Section of NH-8A (New NH-47) from 11/950 kilometres to 16/000 kilometres for Ahmedabad- Bagodara-Rajkot Road on EPC mode in the state of Gujarat (Package-7)."

The filing also added that the project cost is Rs 252,21,15,875. Rachana Construction Company, Mehsana will hold 60 percent shares and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) will have a shareholding of 40 percent. The time period to complete the project is 30 months, it added.
