RVNL signs MoU with Goa Govt for infrastructure projects

RVNL has signed an MoU with the Govt of Goa for the development and implementation of infrastructure projects in the state

New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) on Friday said that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Goa for the development and implementation of infrastructure projects in the state.

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchnages, the PSU informed that the agreement aims to facilitate cooperation in identifying and executing infrastructure projects on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Under the arrangement, RVNL will serve as the Project Executing Agency for the identified projects.

The company said the partnership is intended to strengthen infrastructure development in Goa by leveraging RVNL's project execution capabilities. Further details of the projects to be undertaken under the MoU are expected to be finalised jointly by the two parties.
