To achieve this vision, SCOPE and CBC have signed an agreement with McKinsey & Co. as the Knowledge Partner and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad as the academic partner. The collaboration brings together industry-leading expertise to create a robust framework for developing leadership capabilities among senior and board-level officials in Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).

The agreement was formalized in the presence of key dignitaries, including Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE; SP Roy, Joint Secretary, CBC; Prof. Saral Mukherjee, Chairperson, Executive Education, IIM Ahmedabad; and Amit Khera, Senior Partner, McKinsey & Co. Also present at the event were Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman, CBC; Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman, SCOPE, along with senior representatives from the Public Sector and CBC.

DAKSH is designed to address the evolving challenges faced by senior leadership in PSEs by enhancing their strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership agility. The program aims to empower leaders to drive organizational success amidst rapid industry shifts and volatility.
