The workshop was inaugurated by Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE, in the presence of Adesh Jain, Chairman of i2P2M. It has brought together more than 60 participants from nearly 20 Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs), along with project management professionals and practitioners.

The programme focuses on key aspects of effective project planning and execution, risk management and organisational excellence, with an emphasis on strengthening project management capabilities across public sector enterprises.

Addressing the participants, Sobti said that project success depends not only on scheduling, costing and technical frameworks but also on the human element. He emphasised the need to empower people with conviction and passion to deliver results.

Highlighting the importance of adapting to rapid technological changes and the growing role of artificial intelligence, Sobti said lifelong learning through skilling, reskilling and upskilling must remain a core priority.
