The initiatives aim to improve access to healthcare and pension-related services while reducing paperwork, enhancing transparency and streamlining administrative processes.
SECL's HMIS provides an integrated digital platform for recording patient registration, medical consultations, treatment and medication-related information. The system enables systematic maintenance of medical records and easier access to patients' medical histories.
The platform also facilitates online processing of medical reimbursement claims and integrates AMRIT Pharmacy and medicine management, helping reduce paperwork and improve the efficiency of healthcare services.
For retired employees and surviving spouses, SECL has developed a centralised PPO/Jeevan Pramaan Patra Portal to digitise pension documentation and simplify the annual Life Certificate submission process.
The portal allows pensioners to access and download their PPO documents online and submit annual Life Certificates digitally, reducing their dependence on physical documents and manual procedures.
An integrated governance dashboard enables monitoring of PPO uploads and compliance across SECL's operational areas, supporting greater transparency and efficiency in pension administration.

The initiatives complement the objectives of Special Campaign 6, being implemented from October 2 to 31, 2026, with a focus on workplace cleanliness, e-waste management, space optimisation, records management and reducing pendency.
Through these digital platforms, SECL is seeking to expand paperless administration and make essential healthcare and pension services more accessible to employees, pensioners and their families.
