New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways in a tweet on Saturday informed the netizens that the ambitious Talcher-Sambalpur Super Critical Doubling Project in Odisha is inching closer to its final stages, with an impressive 96.38 percent of the construction work already completed. This crucial infrastructure endeavour, spanning a length of 168.212 kilometres, is set to enhance transportation on the Talcher-Angul Section, benefiting the region's economy and improving connectivity for commuters.
The estimated cost of this transformative project stands at Rs 1,539.28 crores, a testament to the significance placed on bolstering the transportation infrastructure in the area. The completion of this venture will mark a major milestone in the region's development, opening up new avenues for growth and progress.
