UP CM launches Indian Bank's Special Edition ATM Debit Card for Maha Kumbh Mela

Prayagraj: Indian Bank has unveiled its exclusive 'Mahakumbh Mela Special Edition ATM Debit Card' on the occasion of the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, senior officials from Indian Bank, and key Government dignitaries attended the launch event in Prayagraj.

Notable attendees from Indian Bank included Chief General Manager (CGM) Lucknow Sudhir Kumar Gupta, Field General Manager (FGM) Allahabad Navin Kumar Shrivastava, Zonal Manager (ZM) Lucknow Pranesh Kumar, and Zonal Manager Allahabad PN Upadhyay.

The Special Edition ATM Debit Card, adorned with the iconic Mahakumbh and Indian Bank logos, aims to combine financial convenience with a celebration of Uttar Pradesh's rich cultural heritage. Exclusively available to Indian Bank customers in the state, the card offers zero annual charges, ensuring accessibility and affordability.

Indian Bank intends to distribute approximately 2 lakh of these Special Edition ATM Debit Cards during the 45-day Maha Kumbh Mela. Beyond serving as a practical financial tool, the card acts as a commemorative keepsake, symbolizing the spiritual significance of the Maha Kumbh Mela.

This initiative marks a significant step in blending tradition with modern banking technology, providing customers with a seamless banking experience while fostering pride in the state's cultural heritage.
