According to the company, UTIITSL generated cumulative revenues of Rs 1,551 crore during the three-year period, reflecting resilience amid a challenging market landscape. Profit after tax stood at Rs 565.7 crore cumulatively, averaging over Rs 180 crore annually, underscoring strong operational discipline and sustained profitability.

Shareholders received dividends amounting to Rs 303.43 crore over the same period, signalling prudent capital allocation and a commitment to enhancing stakeholder value. The company’s reserves increased to Rs 964.01 crore, highlighting healthy internal accruals and a strengthened balance sheet.

Operationally, UTIITSL accelerated the growth of its Medical Bill Processing Division, which expanded by 56%, even as the PAN-card services segment navigated sector-wide headwinds. The organisation has continued to maintain a broad national presence across PAN service touchpoints, reinforcing trust, accessibility and operational scale.

The three-year period has also seen a push towards governance and technology reforms, including upgrades in procurement processes, enhanced audit preparedness, and strengthened cyber and data governance mechanisms. These measures have improved efficiency, transparency and compliance while mitigating operational risks.

Looking ahead, UTIITSL intends to sustain its focus on disciplined growth, digital innovation and public-sector alignment. The company plans to expand its role within India’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) ecosystem, explore new service offerings, and scale responsibly in line with national priorities.

The organisation said it now stands more resilient, future-ready and mission-aligned, poised to contribute more deeply to India’s evolving digital public sector landscape.
