New Delhi: On the occasion of 10th International Day of Yoga, special Camps were organised at operational Areas and headquarters of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) in Odisha wherein employees and their wards participated with great enthusiasm.
MCL CMD Uday A Kaole with AK Behura participated in a Yoga camp at MCL Bhubaneswar. MCL's Director (Personnel) Keshav Rao and Director (Tech/Operation) Jugal Kumar Borah along with officials joined the session at MCL headquarters in Sambalpur, Odisha.
The Area General Managers and Project Officers with their teams participated in Yoga Camps organised at different places in Angul, Jharsuguda and Sundargarh districts of Odisha.
The program had yoga sessions that included various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being.
MCL continues to support such initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a healthy and balanced work environment.
