ACC approves appointment of Ashish Nath as CVO, NHAI

The ACC has approved the appointment of Ashish Nath (IDSE) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Ashish Nath, IDSE (1999), as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Delhi, under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.

As per the official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Nath will serve at the level of Joint Secretary with pay for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

In his new role, Nath will oversee vigilance administration and integrity-related functions within NHAI, a key organisation responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of the national highway network across the country.
