Anand Kumar Singh joins Railtel as Director (Finance)

New Delhi: Anand Kumar Singh has joined RailTel Corporation of India Limited (Railtel) as Director (Finance). Prior to joining Railtel, he was serving as Executive Director (Finance) in Ircon International Limited. He has also served as non-functional Director in four Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) of Ircon International.

Singh is a post-graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a varied experience of more than 33 years in the field of Financial Management, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Financial Accounting, Fundraising, Project Management, etc. He has also successfully completed the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Ircon International Limited and was chief investor relation officer of the company.

Railtel is a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways. Railtel is of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in the country owning a pan-India optic fibre network on exclusive Right of Way (ROW) along Railway track.
