New Delhi: State-owned NFL said in a regulatory filing that Atul B Patil to hold "additional charge of the post of CMD, NFL for a period of another one year with effect from March 1 subject to approval from ACC or till the appointment of a regular incumbent for the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest vide Order Number 82/1/2014-HR-1 dated February 2 issued by Department of Fertilisers, Ministry of Chemical and Fertilisers."

"Patil is also serving as Director (Marketing) at National Fertilisers Limited (NFL)," said the filing.
