Bank of Maharashtra appoints Nehal Rawat as Company Secretary

Nehal Rawat has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Bank of Maharashtra with immediate effect

New Delhi: State-owned Bank of Maharashtra in a regulatory filing on Thursday said that "Nehal Rawat (ACS 30466) has been appointed as Company Secretary of the bank with immediate effect."

Rawat is graduate in commerce and has also completed LLB. She is having experience of more than 10 years post qualification in the field of compliance, legal and secretarial etc. She has joined the bank in the year July 2020 and was looking after legal and recovery department at Head Office.
