BHEL elevates 16 senior officials as Executive Directors

BHEL has elevated 16 senior officials to the position of Executive Director (ED), strengthening its leadership across key operational and strategic functions

New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has elevated 16 senior officials to the position of Executive Director (ED), strengthening its leadership across key operational and strategic functions. The announcement was made through a regulatory filing on Thursday.

The promotions, effective December 10, 2025, place the officials one level below the Board of Directors. The appointments have been made as per BHEL’s service rules.

The officials promoted include:

K G Vijayalakshmi, Arvind Kumar Gupta, H Malathi, Shyamala Venkataraman, Ranjan Kumar, Pradeep Kumar Upadhyay, Nishit Babyloni, Sunil Diwakar, Gaurav Garg, Sanjay Guha, Uday Shankar, Ajay Kumar, Yatindra Mohan, V V Subrahmanyam, N Ramesh Kumar and Rizwan Faisal Siddiqui.

Their experience ranges from 14 to 37 years across engineering, finance, operations and management, reinforcing BHEL’s leadership pipeline.
