New Delhi: Saurav Chauhan is set to be next Director (O&M) of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a PSU under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday. Presently, he is posted as Captain in the Indian Navy.

Captain Chauhan has been recommended for the post of Director (O&M) of BECIL from a list seven candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB panel in its selection meeting held on March 22. Out of seven candidates two candidates were from Engineering Projects (India) Limited (EPCIL) and one each from BECIL, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.
