New Delhi: Devendra Pal Bharti has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC). Bharti has been appointed on the Board of IRCTC for a period of three years with immediate effect or until further orders. This information has been given by IRCTC in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Monday.

IRCTC is a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways. As per information available on company’s website, there are there are five functional Director two Government Nominee Directors and two Independent Directors on the Board of IRCTC.
