Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey assumes charge as Director (Personnel) of RINL

Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey, who was serving as CGM in SAIL, has assumed charge as Director (Personnel) of RINL on Thursday

New Delhi: Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey has assumed charge as Director (Personnel) of RINL on Thursday. Prior to this, he was serving as as Chief General Manager in Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL).

Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey, joined SAIL in the year 1989 after completing his graduation in commerce and LLB from Ranchi University. He obtained his MBA in Personnel Management from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and also obtained his Ph D in Personnel Management from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

Prior to joining RINL, Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey had worked at Salem Unit of SAIL as Chief General Manager (P&A).

Dr Pandey has over three decades of rich experience in various verticals of personnel and administration division like IR (Industrial Relations), recruitment, HRP, wages & compensation, performance management, HR Policy, rules and regulations, contract labour management, employee welfare & services, training and development, career development & succession planning, town administration, corporate social responsibility and general administration.

Dr Pandey met RINL CMD Atul Bhatt in his office and exchanged pleasantries and also had a brief discussion with other Directors and senior officials of RINL.
