Dr Yatindra Dwivedi set to be next Director (Personnel) of Power Grid

The PESB panel has recommended the name of Dr Yatindra Dwivedi for the post of Director (Personnel) of Power Grid on June 6

New Delhi: Dr Yatindra Dwivedi is set to be next Director (Personnel) of Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL), a PSU under the Ministry of Power. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on June 6. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director in the same organisation.

Dwivedi was recommended for the post of Director (Personnel) of Power Grid from a list of seven candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB panel in its meeting held on June 6. Out of seven candidates six candidates were from Power Grid and one candidate was from Haldia Petrochemicals Limited.

As Director (Personnel) of Power Grid, Dwivedi will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in charge of coordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the organisation.
