New Delhi: State-owned Petronet LNG said in a regulatory filing that the company received an email from BPCL stating the Nomination of G Krishnakumar (DIN: 09375274), Chairman and Managing Director, BPCL as a Nominee Director of BPCL on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited with effect from Tuesday in place of V R K Gupta (DIN: 08188547).

The mail from BPCL also said that V R K Gupta has ceased to be Director of the Company with effect Tuesday. The filing also indicated that details of Krishnakumar will be shared after his appointment on the board of Petronet LNG.
