GAIL announces appointment of Govt Nominee Directors on its board

GAIL (India) Limited on Tuesday announced the appointment of Praveen Mal Khanooja and Kushagra Mittal as Govt Nominee Directors on its Board

New Delhi: GAIL (India) Limited on Tuesday announced the appointment of two Govt Nominee Director on its Board. According to the company, Praveen Mal Khanooja and Kushagra Mittal have been appointed as Govt Nominee Directors on its board.

They have been appointed on GAIL board with effect from May 16 for a period of three years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This information has been shared by the Mahartana PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange of Tuesday.

Khanooja is serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) while Kushagra Mittal is serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry.
