Govt clears appointment of Ashutosh Dwivedi for NCL’s Director (Technical) post

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Ashutosh Dwivedi for the post of Director (Technical) of NCL

New Delhi: Ashutosh Dwivedi has been appointed as Director (Technical) of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a PSU under the Ministry of Coal. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointments on September 12.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), for a period with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation, i.e. October 31, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director in the Coal India Limited (CIL).

Dwivedi was recommended for the post of Director (Technical) of NCL by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on May 28. He was selected for the post from a list of 12 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel.
