New Delhi: Miniratna PSU IRCTC said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that "the Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 22 has appointed M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha and Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the FY 2022-23."
Naresh Kumar Sinha is a practicing Company Secretary (FCS 1807, COP-14984) and proprietor of M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha and Associates (Registration No. S2015UP327600). He has more than five years of experience. Prior to his practice, he was ED and Company Secretary of ONGC Limited. He has altogether more than 35 years of rich experience as a Company Secretary of PSUs and private sector companies. He has also served as the Company Secretary and Head Legal of BHEL. Presently, he is Secretarial Auditor of listed as well as unlisted companies including large PSUs.
