New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) KP Mahadevaswam has been assigned with the additional charge of Director (Finance) post. He has been given additional charge of the post for a period of three months with effect from July 01 or till the regular incumbent joins or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Navratna PSU has shared this information in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Tuesday.
Mahadevaswamy has been serving as CMD of NBCC since October 01, 2023.
Mahadevaswamy is a Civil Engineer Graduate from the Mysore University. He has also done M. Tech. in Research. He has further enriched his business management and Leadership skills with an Executive Programme in Leadership & Management from IIM Calcutta.
