Madhu S assumes charge as Project Head of NTPC Kanti

Madhu S has assumed charge as new Project Head of NTPC Kanti on Wednesday

New Delhi: Madhu S has assumed charge as new Project Head of NTPC Kanti on Wednesday.

Madhu holds a degree in electrical & electronics Engineering from Calicut University and an MBA from the Management Development Institute. He S joined NTPC as an Executive Trainee in 1990. After serving in projects like Rihand, Badarpur, Khargone and Korba for about 34 years, he took charge as the Project Head of Korba in November 2023.

After serving for four months at Korba, he has now taken charge as the Project Head of NTPC Kanti.

"During a ceremony held at the NTPC Administrative Building, NTPC Kanti, Shri Banerjee handed over his responsibilities to the new Project Head and wished him success. All employees, staff and their colleagues congratulated him for his new task," an official statement said.

During the event, Madhu expressed his commitment to fulfilling his new role. He considers it a valuable opportunity to lead a project with a strong track record and aims to elevate NTPC Kanti to greater success. Additionally, he will work diligently towards the development of the neighbouring areas of NTPC.
