Naveen Kumar (ITS) appointed as Power Grid CVO

The Govt has approved the appointment of Naveen Kumar (ITS) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL)

New Delhi: Naveen Kumar (ITS) has been appointed as new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power. The Appointment of Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved Kumar’s appointment on February 1.

Kumar is an Indian Telecommunications Services (ITS) officer of 1994-batch.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Kumar has been appointed as Power Grid CVO for an initial period of three years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
