New Delhi: NHPC Limited has announced the appointed of Dr Bernadette Lyngdoh as a Non-Official Independent Director it's Board on Thursday.

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, NHPC said that the Ministry of Power, through a letter dated July 16, 2026, has appointed Dr Bernadette Lyngdoh as a Non-Official Independent Director on it's Board.

Dr Lyngdoh has been appointed for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
