NLC India appoints Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia as its Director (Planning & Projects)

NCL India has announced the appointment of Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia as its Director (Planning & Projects) on Tuesday

New Delhi: NLC India Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Coal, has announced the appointment of Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia as Director (Planning & Projects). The appointment was approved by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, through an order dated November 26, 2025, and is effective from December 2, 2025.

Sisodia will hold the position until his superannuation on May 31, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the company informed the stock exchanges. He is not debarred by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other authority from holding the office of director, NLC India said in its filing.

Sisodia played a key role in introducing advanced technological solutions such as supercritical power systems, flue gas desulphurisation, and air-cooled condensers aimed at reducing environmental impact. He has also served as a nominee director in BHEL’s joint ventures with Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. and NTPC Ltd. A mechanical engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, he brings deep technical and management expertise to NLC India’s strategic planning and project development operations.

NLC India Limited is headquartered in Chennai with corporate offices in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu.
