PESB names KF Sajo for FACT's Director (Technical) post

The PESB panel has recommended the name of KF Sajo for the post of Director (Technical) of FACT Limited on Monday

New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of KF Sajo for the post of Director (Technical) at The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise.

The recommendation has been made during the PESB selection meeting held on Monday, as per Minute No. 25/2026.

Sajo KF is currently serving as Chief General Manager at FACT and was among several candidates interviewed for the position. A total of seven candidates were shortlisted and appeared before the selection panel.

Other candidates who were interviewed include RS Prasad, General Manager at Engineers India Limited; Chellapandian M, Deputy General Manager at Engineers India Limited; Anand Maruti Malak, Additional General Manager at NTPC Limited; Lakshmi Pathi Bojja, General Manager (CSR) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited; Vivek Kumar, Executive Director at Cement Corporation of India Limited; and Shashidhar Nimbakkanavar, Chief General Manager at NMDC Limited.

The final appointment will be subject to approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). FACT operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and plays a significant role in India’s fertiliser production sector.
