PESB names SG Venkatesh for CPCL's Director (Technical) post

The PESB has recommended the name of SG Venkatesh for the post of Director (Technical) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL)

New Delhi: SG Venkatesh is set to be next Director (Technical) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation (CPCL), a subsidiary company of Indian Oil. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Monday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (Petrochemicals) at Indian Oil.

Venkatesh has been recommended for the post of Director (Technical) of CPCL from a list of 11 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB panel in its selection meeting held on October 13. Out of 11 candidates, six candidates were from Indian Oil, three candidates from Engineers India Limited (EIL) and two candidates were from MRPL.
