New Delhi: Rajiv Ashok is set to be next Managing Director (MD) of National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC) Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Textile. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) Panel on Monday. Presently, he is serving as MD at North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation Limited (NERAMAC).
Ashok has been recommended for the post of MD of NHDC from a list of five candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on October 7. Out of five candidates, two candidates were from SAIL and one each from NERAMAC, Indian Oil and Cotton Corporation of India Limited.
