Among the candidates interviewed were Rajnish Goyal, Managing Director and CEO on deputation to NBPPL (as nominee of BHEL management); Ramnik Sarbahi, General Manager (Power Sector – Eastern Region), BHEL; Ajay Saxena, General Manager and Project Director, BHEL; and several other senior executives from BHEL, BSNL, CRIS, and Indian Railways.

Following the evaluation of the candidates’ credentials and performance during the interview, the Board found Shankar Narayan most suitable for the role and recommended his name for the post of CMD, Central Electronics Limited.

Central Electronics Limited, headquartered in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh, is engaged in the production of solar photovoltaic systems, railway electronics, and defence products.
