PTC India appoints Mini Ipe as Independent Director

PTC India Limited on Tuesday said Mini Ipe has been appointed as an Independent Director for three years with effect from December 7

New Delhi: PTC India Limited on Tuesday said Mini Ipe has been appointed as an Independent Director for three years with effect from December 7, 2024.

Ipe is not related to any director of the company, a BSE filing stated. He is former managing director of LIC.
