New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of R. Veerabahu as Director (Finance) of Braithwaite & Co. Ltd., a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways.

Veerabahu was selected for the role by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on April 25. He is currently serving as General Manager (Internal Audit) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), based in New Delhi.

According to a Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) order dated September 18, Veerabahu’s appointment will be effective from the day he takes charge. He will hold the position until his retirement on August 31, 2028, or until further notice, whichever comes first.
