New Delhi: State-owned engineering and construction major IRCON International Ltd on Wednesday announced a change in its senior management with the appointment of Raj Kumar (ITS), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the company.
Raj Kumar assumed charge as CVO with effect from October 1, for an initial period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. His appointment is pursuant to the Ministry of Railways Order.
Following his appointment, Vivek Varshney, who was holding the additional charge of CVO, has relinquished the responsibility with effect from the same date.
Raj Kumar is an Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer of the 1997 batch. He has served in various capacities across the Ministry of Communication, Ministry of Defence, and NITI Aayog.
