New Delhi: State-owned SJVN Limited informed in a regulatory filing that "Ministry of Power vide its order No 15-22/1/2018-Hydel-ll (MoP) dated February 21 has appointed Rajeev Sharma, Secretary (MPP & Power) as Part Time Official Director, Government of Himachal Pradesh Nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 21 until further orders."

"He is not related to any director on the Board of the Company. Further, the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority," the filing said.
