Rashmita Jha (IRS) appointed as CVO of NTPC

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Rashmita Jha as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of NTPC Limited

New Delhi: Rashmita Jha (IRS) has been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of NTPC Limited recently.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on April 23, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Rashmita as CVO of NTPC for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rashmita is an India an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 1997-batch. With his new assignment, Rashmita will replace Virendra Kumar Adhana (IOFS).
