Sudhir Singh appointed Director (Projects) of IRCON

IRCON International Ltd on Friday announced the appointment of Sudhir Singh as its Director (Projects)

New Delhi: IRCON International Limited (IRCON) on Friday announced the appointment of Sudhir Singh as Director (Projects), following approval by its Board of Directors.

The appointment has been made pursuant to an order of the Ministry of Railways, the company said in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges .

Singh, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) and currently serving as Executive Director/Chief Engineer (Bridges & Structures), Railway Board, has assumed additional charge as Director (Projects) with effect from January 2, 2026, in addition to his existing responsibilities. He will hold the post until further orders.

A Civil Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee (1998), Singh joined Indian Railways in 2000 and has over 26 years of experience in railway infrastructure development. He has been associated with several landmark projects, including the Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) and the commissioning of Anand Vihar Terminal. His experience also spans station redevelopment, asset monetisation, doubling projects, and quality assurance through assignments at RDSO and the Rail Land Development Authority.

IRCON further clarified that Singh has not been debarred from holding the office of director by any order of SEBI or any other authority.

IRCON International Ltd is a central public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, engaged in engineering and construction projects in India and overseas.
