New Delhi: State-run power major NTPC Limited has announced the appointment of Sushil Chaudhari as a Non-official Independent Director on its Board. The appointment has been made by the President of India, as per a communication from the Ministry of Power dated May 15, 2025.
Chaudhari will serve a three-year term from the date of notification of the appointment order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
NTPC has stated that it is in the process of completing the necessary statutory formalities related to the appointment.
The above information has been shared by the Maharatna power PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Friday.
