TSC Bosh set to be next Director (Projects) of REC Limited

The PESB panel has recommended the name of Thangarajan Subash Chandira Bosh for the post of Director (Projects) of REC Limited on Saturday

New Delhi: Thangarajan Subash Chandira Bosh is set to be the next Director (Projects) of REC Limited, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Saturday. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of REC Limited and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited.

Bosh has been recommended for the post of Director (Projects) of REC Limited from a list of 11 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on June 28. Out of 11 candidates, four from Power Finance Corporation (PFC), two candidates each from REC Limited & Indian Railways and one each from Power Grid, NTPC Limited & RECPDCL.

As Director (Projects) of REC Limited, Bosh will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be responsible for the execution of all the projects, marketing financial products, guiding project appraisals, and overseeing project implementation to ensure profitable returns.
